Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Red, White & Callaway Blue Summer Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) starts June 17, 2026, at 8:00 AM EST and ends July 15, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Callaway Blue Bottling, LLC (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia who are eighteen (18) years or older and of the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s partners, Weber-Stephen Products LLC, Instagram, LLC, their parent and affiliate companies as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members ofeach such employee are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER. Entrants must have an Instagram account and entrant must follow @callawayblue to be eligible. During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the entry form at https://www.callawayblue.com/pages/RWCB-giveaway (the “Entry Form”) with all required information, including your e-mail address. Limit one (1) entry per person during Sweepstakes Period. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Entries generated by automated means, scripts, bots, or other mechanical or electronic methods are void. All entries become the Sponsor’s property. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Official Rules (as well as any details indicated in the social post or other directions provided about the Sweepstakes) (collectively, the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared to have been made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the Instagram account used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide proof that such winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry or other proof of identity.
PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION. On or about July 22, 2026, Sponsor will select potential winners at random from among all eligible entries. One (1) Grand Prize and nineteen (19) Secondary Prizes will be awarded (collectively, the “Prizes”). The total ARV of all Prizes is $4,980.

The Grand Prize (1 winner) consists of sixty (60) cases of Callaway Blue spring water and one (1) Weber® Spirit® E-325 gas grill (ARV: $1,000.00).

The Secondary Prizes consist of two prize tiers awarded as follows:
- Retail Package (15 winners): each consists of four (4) cases of Callaway Blue spring water and one (1) Weber® 22" Original Kettle® Charcoal grill (ARV: $186.00 each).
- Home Delivery Package (4 winners): each consists of three (3) months of Callaway Blue home delivery service and one (1) Weber® 22" Original Kettle® Charcoal grill (ARV: $300.00 each).
Eligibility for the Home Delivery Package is limited to new Callaway Blue home delivery customers residing within Callaway Blue’s home delivery service area in Georgia (Atlanta, Macon, and Columbus metropolitan areas).

Limit one (1) Prize per person/household. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with one of equal or greater approximate retail value. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any expenses that may be associated with receipt or use of Prize that are not specifically listed here in are the responsibility of winner. All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local taxes on a Prize, as well as any incidental costs that may be associated with the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that Prize.
WINNER NOTIFICATION. Eligible winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered on the Entry Form within five (5) days following the winner selection. If applicable, winners must provide an accurate postal mailing address so that Prize can be mailed to the recipient. Prior to being confirmed as a winner, an eligible winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within two (2) days of Prize notification. If any eligible winner cannot be contacted within two (2) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any eligible winner fails to return his/her/their winner documents within the time set forth above or otherwise rejects his/her/their Prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such eligible winner will forfeit such Prize and an alternate eligible winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Potential winners must continue to comply with these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
NON-AFFILIATION. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK, X, INSTAGRAM OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO THE SPONSOR AND NOT TO FACEBOOK, X, INSTAGRAM OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO FACEBOOK, X, INSTAGRAM OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM.
PUBLICITY. Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of Prize constitutes each winner’s grant to Sponsor and its partners and designees of the irrevocable and perpetual nonexclusive right to use, publicly display, print, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and provide access to winner’s entry submission, name, address (city and state/province/territory), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Sweepstakes or the Prize(s) for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation, in any media, worldwide, without notice or additional compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements (in any and/or all media) contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant, on behalf of the entrant and the entrant’s executors and heirs, agrees: (1) to be bound and abide by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and not open to appeal; (2) except where prohibited by law, to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, LLC, Weber - Stephen Products LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, shareholders, agents, representatives, employees, suppliers, agencies, successors, assigns, licensors, advertising or promotional agencies and any Prize - sponsoring agency (collectively, “ Released Parties ”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with or related to this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, from any and all causes of action, liabilities, suits, claims (including, but not limited to, third party claims that may be made against entrants, and claims arising out of or relating to acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), or any publicity or other public exposure of entrants, including, without limitation, claims concerning infringement or in vasion of entrants’ privacy or publicity rights, or defamation, or acts undertaken in preparation for, or participation in, the Sweepstakes), cross-claims or counterclaims, costs, injuries, losses or damages or demands of any kind (including, without limit ation, personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “ Claims ”), WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY; (3) on behalf of the entrant and the entrant’s executors and heirs, that neither the entrant nor any of the entrant’s executors or heirs has any right to bring, and each covenants not to bring, any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against the Released Parties; (4) to assume all risks, express or implied, associated with all Claims released above, including, without limitation, all risks concerning entry into and participation in the Sweepstakes; and (5) that NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE MADE OR MAKE OR ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATIVE TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR A PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITS QUALITY OR FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND ALL PRIZES ARE TENDERED TO ENTRANTS ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF ANY PROMOTIONS OR MATERIALS OF ANY PRIZE.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections, website, internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, winners will be selected from all eligible participants prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical, display, input, or other error in any Sweepstakes materials, or for any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or in the announcement of Prizes, including such error that may give an erroneous indication that a Prize has been won.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or provided by entrants; (b) technical failures or errors of any kind, including, but not limited, to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, in phone lines, computers, servers, printers, or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, the entry process; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail or email; or (f) any injury, losses, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or the receipt, acceptance, use, inability to use, or misuse of any Prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible.
GOVERNING LAW/ARBITRATION: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any dispute or cause of action relating in any way to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Hamilton, GA. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration by any party under these Official Rules shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Official Rules, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. In no event shall the arbitrator be entitled to award exemplary, treble or any other form of punitive damages, regardless of the claims raised.
SEVERABILITY: If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then (a) the validity, legality and enforceability of such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances, and the other provisions of these Official Rules, shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and (b) such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible. In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity, or subject, it shall be construed by limiting and reducing it, so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.
ENTRANTS PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.callawayblue.com/pages/privacy-policy.
WINNERS LIST: The names of the Sweepstakes winners will be announced via the @callawayblue Instagram account after the drawing on or around July 22, 2026 in either a new post or a comment from @callawayblue to the original post announcing the Sweepstakes. The announcement will be viewable at that location for no less than sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
